Thank you for your interest in support of the AFEDJ. To help you facilitate a gift of stock, please use the following instructions. If you have a specific question, please contact us at the addresses listed below. 

How to donate stock:

Click on the link and complete the Stock Transfer Form.

The form will open in MS Word, and you can complete it electronically or print it out and fill it in by hand.

Once you have completed the form and the made the transfer, please notify us of the details of your gift via email or by letter at the addresses given above so that we can properly acknowledge your donation. Transfers into our brokerage account don't include identifying information, so we won't know who the gift is from unless you tell us.

Send a letter or an e-mail to the addresses below to communicate the following information at the time of transfer:

• Donor's full name and complete address
• Name and number of securities transferred
• Date of the transfer
